Pure Play Media Inc. announced today that its three-year business relationship with Michael Ninn and Ninn Worx will conclude on January 1, 2006.
Pure Play will continue to distribute the Ninn Worx line until the first of the year, when Ninn will take over distribution of his own product.
PPM, one of the leading distribution companies in the industry, teamed with the award-winning director in 2002 and the two have enjoyed a successful relationship ever since. Their collaborations this year included Ninn's critically acclaimed Neo Pornographia series and one of the year's most talked-about projects, Catherine.
The amicable separation will allow Ninn to follow his desire to focus on Ninn Worx as a whole, the companies said. Pure Play Media Canada will continue to distribute Ninn product in Canada, while Private will continue to handle European distribution. Deep Star Broadcasting will handle the cable VOD broadcast end in the United States for his line.
