LOS ANGELES—Back in the States after appearing at the Brisbane Adult Sexpo and the Adultex trade fair in Hunter Valley, Australia, on behalf of Jules Jordan Video, Nikki Benz has some big news to release. The adult entertainment star is the newest Penthouse Pet, gracing the pages of the magazine’s April 2010 issue, which hit newsstands March 16. This is Nikki’s second appearance in Penthouse. She was the cover girl and feature in the May 2008 issue.
"It's such an honor to have been made a Penthouse Pet. I've always dreamed of this," Benz said. "I had an amazing time shooting the layout. I'm excited to be a part of the Penthouse brand and everything that it stands for."
To celebrate, Benz will make her first dance appearance as a Penthouse Pet at the Penthouse Club in Tampa, Fla., March 18-20. At the same time, Benz will be featured at Platinum Plus in Tampa, giving fans a double-shot opportunity to catch her stage show.
In addition to the Australia appearances, Benz also recently completed a photo shoot for Picture magazine and she will also be seen in the April issue of AVN as the Cybersiren of the Month. Benz also will be co-hosting the upcoming XRCO Awards along with fellow performers Lisa Ann and Sean Michaels, April 29 at the Highlands in Hollywood.
Benz said she had a busy and eventful few weeks in Australia at the Brisbane Sexpo and Adultex.
“Sexpo was incredible,” she said. “The fans were very excited to meet me and get an autograph. Everyone had a great time.” When she wasn’t signing autographs, however, the star was making headlines with Australia’s own adult entertainment star, Monica Mayhem.
A minor controversy developed when word leaked out that six members of the Brisbane Broncos Rugby team planned to attend the adult show and hang out with Nikki and Monica. The public backlash was immediate, and the team quickly distanced itself from the event and “the players changed their plans.”
“Who knew that hanging out with me was so scandalous,” joked Benz. “We were just going to relax and hit a few night spots. I guess the team thought that it was a little more than the boys could handle.”
