Adult toy affiliate program NicheShops has announced that the program is offering a “unique and innovative” way for webmasters to promote toys on their sites: an informative online video tutorial.
The company’s online stores feature handpicked and tested toys and aim at stocking merchandise with “stunning artwork and seamless Web design.”
The company also offers customized stores — earlier this year, adult star Jenna Jameson signed on for one.
The company currently is offering online tutorials for webmaster promotion for 10 of the site’s most popular products.
“These tutorials provide an educational way for consumers to learn more about the products they are buying while creating incentives to purchase,” says NicheShops owner and President Ari Suss. “They add value to the product and create a better understanding for consumers.” The tutorials have recently been upgraded to a Flash version, and Suss adds that this gives webmasters an extra graphic element to their sites.
The company owns and operates online fetish novelty store eXtremeRestraints.com and earlier this month released an upgraded version of BoyzShop, which offers new features, products, and advanced affiliate customization.
Webmasters receive 15-25 percent in payouts from sales for the site, as well as for the online gay video and toy store BoyzShop.com, in addition to 5 percent in webmaster referrals.
The six-year-old company has more than 1,000 affiliates.
