A woman who claims a dog belonging to Larry Flynt bit her is now suing the Hustler magazine publisher and video empire boss for unspecified damages.
Cynthia Tribull, Flynt’s Hollywood Hills neighbor, says in her June 1 lawsuit that she was jogging in front of Flynt’s house when the schnauzer “viciously attacked” her. She says she “sustained severe and serious injury to her person, as well as severe shock, frights, humiliation and emotional distress.”
Tribull also claims she has suffered loss of income and is now physically impaired, thus diminishing her ability to earn a living.
Flynt would not comment.
