AVN Award winning content producer Nectar Entertainment's new gay line, Maximus Movies, created in November 2006, has released the first of its high-end all-male titles, Island Boys.
Island Boys is a 120-minute feature shot on the coastline of Brazil by director Paulo Desantos. Maximus plans to continue releasing one title per month, with the next movie Boys in Paradise due out May 30.
Nectar launched Maximus in an effort to bring the high production value of its straight Brazilian adult movies into the gay market. The same crew behind the AVN award-winning Brazilian Island 2 is also producing the Maximus titles.
"We've found an amazing director in Paulo Desantos," said Nectar Entertainment owner Sean Logan. "He's experienced in the gay market and has a rolodex full of outstanding male talent. We are excited to have Paulo on the Nectar team."
