According to The Smoking Gun Website, Nebraska nudity enthusiast Melissa Harrington, 22, will go before a judge next month on charges of violating a public nudity ordinance.
Harrington, know as Melissa Lincoln on her adult Website, MelissaLincoln.com, came to the attention of the Lincoln police department last December when they discovered online photos of her posing naked on city streets and in local bars. Her pay site allows customers to watch her showing off at bars, in parks, downtown, and other public locations.
Though authorities issued Harrington a citation in December 2003 for violating a public nudity ordinance, her arraignment was delayed while Lincoln prosecutors considered dropping the case. However, the city attorney sent Harrington a notice this week to appear on August 12 for arraignment in Lancaster County Court. If convicted, the busty blonde faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $500 fine.
