raiser. His first 'mission under fire' will be to help implement the NCA Voter Registration Drive.

"The Voter Registration has enlisted support from about 125 clubs, and was scheduled to start this week. Instead, we have created a new program, one that is more specific, and will start it with a "test" in Tampa on November 4 - 6. At that time, we will also have supporting regional 'events'. In total, we hope to have over 100 Cabarets participating in that first event, and expect the number of participants to grow as our success grows. As a result, we hope that the week of October 11 will be used to 'get involved, implement a system and work out the bugs'.

" 'We're going to focus on a national program consisting of many parts,' Mull said. 'We'll use every method available to us, from telecommunications to sponsorships and endowments.'

"We'll also be holding monthly fund-raisers around the country. The fund-raisers will revolve around the NCA Voter Registration Project and will work as follows: During the 3rd week of every month, Christi Lake (spokeswomen) and I will do the following over a 4 day period:

THURSDAY: Public Seminars - 7:30 PM-9 PM

"The goal of the program is three fold, to Organize and educate community groups; Attract positive publicity and media (goals and outlines) and raise funds to help fight censorship. Specifically, the event will host 6-10 stars in a pre-designed location and will last about 4 hours.
