Dan Motola said Thursday he is stepping aside as sales manager at Pleasure Productions to handle some other key responsibilities within the company.
“I’m going to be staying within the company and doing a lot of the day-to-day, behind-the-scenes things it takes to run a successful business,” Motola said. “I’ll still be servicing the customers, but I’ll be servicing them behind the scenes.”
Motola said that Michele R., would be stepping into the position of sales manager.
“Michele is very customer service oriented, a real friendly girl,” he said. “I’m sure all the other customers are going to love her.”
R. for the past six months has been handling sales for Internet and mail-order accounts.
“She’s really detail-oriented.”
Motola said that he would be working on production and back-order issues, among other duties.
“Whatever is needed to be done to run a successful operation from a shipping and receiving standpoint,” he added.
