Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Foundation (AIM) will begin monthly prevention education meetings for talent, producers, and directors who want to know more about HIV and STD transmission. The first meeting is scheduled tentatively for June 2 at the AIM Sherman Oaks Building lobby.
There will be specialists on hand to answer questions on HIV, STDs, genital warts, cervical cancer, hepatitis, herpes, pregnancy, shooting while menstruating, and much, much more, AIM said, encouraging all who wish to attend to do so, as AIM will also offer discount testing during the seminar.
AIM will also shoot a new Porn 101 DVD post-outbreak, as they will be updating industry protocols in the next few weeks to make the adult entertainment working environment a much safer place to work.
"We at this time are asking for input from talent and producers who wish to learn more about HIV, STDs, and how we can be of better assistance to the community," AIM says. "Please email all suggestions to [email protected]."
