Mobile Streaming Solutions has created a live mobile video streaming application with two-way text chat that is capable of streaming content from Web cams or network cameras to mobile devices around the world.
The application has the ability to take any content from the Web, including on-demand video, process the streams on-the-fly, and then send them to a mobile phone all in real time. Everything is accomplished without the need to reconfigure existing infrastructures.
The application also has the capability of two-way text chat between the person at the Web cam and the mobile phone user.
In addition, MSS has developed a mobile handset player (or client) to overcome several problems the company believes are inherent in other players. The MSS player supports centrally managed dynamic playlists so users can scroll through what’s new at the host site.
