LAS VEGAS—BDSM artist Mistress Cyan will present The Lair Fetish Party, an official 2025 AVN Show afterparty, at 9 p.m. Friday night, January 24 at "The Usual Place," 100 South Maryland Parkway, Suite 110, in Las Vegas.
The Lair Fetish Party will host stage performances by dominatrixes, bondage artists and fetish models. Mistress Cyan will have dungeon equipment and BDSM zones for play for attendees. In addition, DJ Scythe will be on the turntables and provide music.
Fetish performers Cervena Fox, Dani Steel, Susan Starr, Miss Apricot, Spunky and Orpheus Black are also scheduled to perform at The Lair party.

Mistress Cyan also will have a booth for her dungeon, Sanctuary Studios, at the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo, held at Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas. Sanctuary Studios artists including Mistress Mia Darque, Mistress MsMadyson DeLaRough and Dominique Delirium will appear at the booth to meet-and-greet expo attendees.
The event is for those 21 and over only. The dress code calls for fetish wear (including leather, latex and lingerie), all-black attire, or formal dress. No casual wear will be permitted.
