LOS ANGELES—When Blair Lennox isn’t entertaining on MyFreeCams, she stays busy taking art classes, reading books, hosting writing workshops, going to concerts, dancing and doing yoga.
She’s also MFC's resident "Naked DJ" and an avid photographer, whose photos will be on display in the Philadelphia International Airport for all of 2026.
“I find myself yearning to document everything that is important or beautiful to me,” Lennox says. “That tends to look like little scraps of paper from events as well as quick snaps of moments that resonated with me. That inclination to document easily translated to photography, and it stayed as a hobby for years before I considered opening it up to the public.”
Blair only shoots on 35mm film.
“Because I find it has a unique energy as well as a distinct nostalgic look, and I did not want to offer any services that felt redundant,” she continues. “It means the world to me that a model would trust me enough to let me into that vulnerable space that comes with boudoir photography, and every single time they share a photo I took of them it makes me want to jump for joy.”
In this exclusive interview, the December 2025 AVN CAMStar discusses her passion for traveling, her favorite musical artists, her talent for curating and what it means to be a proud sex worker, plus much more.

CS: What drew you to studying the environmental science field in college? How challenging was it to earn your degree?
BL: Choosing to study Environmental Science was entirely informed by a paralysis of choice I had going into college. I cared about everything, and therefore nothing in particular stood out to me. It suddenly clicked to me that nothing is possible without the ground we’re standing on or the air we’re breathing, so what could be a more worthwhile pursuit than to learn even a little bit more about the place we live? The school I went to was extremely demanding, but I miss it every day. To be surrounded by progressive thinkers and people who just generally desire to learn more about the world was an absolute privilege.
How did you build your community on MFC?
Not to dunk on myself, but I think my MFC community is mainly an amalgamation of the members of all of my friends. I have been doing collabs and group events since I started on MFC, so there has always been a crossover of members in that way, plus the exposure of being in those intimate settings with other models. Not to say that all it takes is to do collabs and suddenly you’ll have more members! The crucial part is that you are actually a good, sincere, and entertaining person… which I would hope is the general takeaway people get from knowing me.

How do you use MFCShare? What kind of clips do you enjoy doing the most and which clips have been most popular with your fans?
MFCShare is the mitochondria of my slutty cell. I use it to host all of my content and other offerings as it’s intended, but I also use it as my manifestation board. You often don’t get what you don’t ask for. So I’m putting an insane club on there chuckling to myself, “this is crazy no one will tip for this,” and then some lunatic (lovingly) actually does! I told myself I would try *nearly* everything once, so I have hundreds of videos of me sampling a little bit of everything. The videos that are most popular are probably my NSFW travel vlogs. Those videos tend to showcase my exhibitionism as well as featuring a level of GG content, since I am frequently traveling for cam events. I think people enjoy seeing me as my most candid self, and those videos are often the best way to witness it, second only to watching me live on cam.
What do you like most about camming?
I’m sure we’ve all covered the aspect of freedom and autonomy so I’ll try and find something else to say. Beyond those two major perks, I enjoy having a safe place to practice my passions and expand my horizons. I can confidently say I would not have felt provoked to try as many things as I have without the camming impetus. If I didn’t have that motivation to try, I would have missed out on so many things I have come to enjoy and cherish.

What advice would you give a new cam model trying to establish herself?
Please be kind. Kind to yourself first and foremost, but kind to your fellow workers. There’s a level of competitiveness in this industry and to stay sane you need to be patient and gentle. I beg of you to please remember your worth is so far beyond what you rank or how much money you make. On a lighter but still related note, keep up your hobbies and routines outside of cam.
What do you like most about traveling?
I wrote this once after a month of traveling and I think it sums up my feelings about traveling pretty well: “People keep asking how my trip was and all I can ever think to say in response is that it was hard and exhausting. Yet somehow I feel renewed, awakened, grateful, and proud. What a gift it is to be shown the immediate reward of doing something hard and exhausting. Life is hard and exhausting no matter where you are in the world. Waking up and going to work and caring for yourself and others is a difficult task and you do it every day. You begin to lose the perspective that it’s all for something important and special, it all seems like a crushing routine of responsibility. That’s where the beauty of traveling and going to new places begins to reveal itself. Suddenly, the difficult tasks you face every day are followed by the reward of seeing something new and beautiful, or accomplishing something you never knew was possible. If you’re paying attention, the pattern reveals itself that everything takes work and it can be hard, but it’s worth it. It is for something. It is for your life, and nothing is a more worthwhile cause than creating and living a life. So yes traveling is exhausting, but it is a priceless way of remembering the beauty around you, the value in your effort, the power you innately have, and the gratitude waiting to be tapped into whenever you need it.”

What are a few places that you’ve yet to visit that you would like to see in the future?
I have a long list of dream destinations. The food of South Korea, the history of Petra in Jordan, the natural wonders of Patagonia in South America, and the sheep of Scotland.
What was your very first tattoo? What was your most recent one? What are some of your favorite—or most meaningful—tattoos?
My first tattoo was a tea cup with a banner that says “Loyal Tea” on it. An artist I had been following for years (@JodyDawber) was guest spotting in LA from the UK and that was the push I needed to finally start my collection. My most recent tattoo was done in Berlin by (@summers.tattoos) of a Burchett dancer. Most of my tattoos don’t mean anything. They are akin to paintings on a wall. One of my favorites is a portrait of Anjelica Huston from The Witches on my arm. It was done by the legendary @hollyellistattoo, but my main reason for loving it is that the people who know exactly who it is and what movie it’s from immediately pass a test I didn't even know I was creating.
Name someone who inspires you and why?
Easiest question you’ve asked me… loud and proud: Molly Snacks. This bodacious freak carries the MFC community on her big phat titties. She has pioneered so many things we now regard to be the standard as cam models, and she has taken it upon herself to cultivate so many community events just for the love of the game. I think we take for granted that there is someone who creates opportunities for us to bond and create purely out of her own volition. She is also one of my best friends, but I’d still say this even if she wasn’t.
Name three things that you love…
My sidekick Buttons (my nearly 17-year-old cat who transcends any earthly cat expectations), wearing muumuus (oversized pajama dresses that I have co-opted into being my Personal Brand), and Betty Boop and Looney Tunes paraphernalia (trinkets, animation cels, figurines, you name it).
