LOS ANGELES—Alyssa Shy loves visiting Europe but she admits there’s something about the natural beauty of Hawaii that keeps her always wanting to go back.
“I’ve been to Maui, Oahu, and Kauai, but Maui is definitely my favorite,” Alyssa says. “I love the food there, getting to swim with sea turtles, and watching the sunset from Haleakalā.
“It was such a beautiful experience and I’m excited to do it all again in August this year.”
The former restaurant hostess from Southern California—who has been entertaining her members on MyFreeCams for almost 11 years—tells AVN she’s grateful for all her friends and family who have supported her unconditionally for this past decade as she has come into her own as a professional live cam model.
“It’s a little bit ‘different’ in terms of a career but they love me for me and do not judge,” Alyssa says.
Adaptable, resilient and ever curious, Alyssa says she’s never been afraid to step outside her comfort zone—and taking that leap always leads somewhere positive.
As she looks ahead to what’s next, she wants to continue her journey on MFC, where she’s been a model of consistency with 17 finishes in the Top 50—including a couple of third-place crowns—and also find ways push herself to the next level “both personally and professionally.”
“I’d like to keep growing on MFC, travel more, and eventually explore starting my own business,” she says. "Just enjoying life right now and seeing where life takes me.”
