Affiliate program Mesmerotic.com, home of the popular online gay community JustUsBoys.com and MaleMovieClub.com, has expanded its network with two new exclusive sites: AmateurHunks.com and Muchachos.com.
According to Mesmerotic president J.D. Going, AmateurHunks will focus on guy-next-door types, while Muchachos.com will showcase Latino guys from places like Argentina, Brazil and Los Angeles. Both sites, Going adds, represent a turning point in Mesmerotic’s business practices: They’re the first sites to feature either mostly or completely exclusive content.
“We’ve had a few exclusive scenes on our sites, but we’ve never really had full-on exclusive content sites before,” Going tells AVNOnline.com. “With the exception of a few guys on AmateurHunks that have been seen before, these are all exclusive, never-before-seen guys.”
Going says he has hired photographers from around the world to help compile the new content.
“We’re shooting in Toronto and Vancouver, where our new offices are going to be, and we also have a photographer in Buenos Aires and one in Rio that shoot for us,” he says. “We have a lot of hot, new faces that we plan on unveiling.”
He also says new, exclusive content will gradually be phased into all of the other sites in the Mesmerotic program, including flagship JustUsBoys.com.
“Exclusive content is where it’s at right now,” Going adds. “We’ve done well with what we had – DVD content and content shot by other small studios – but this will definitely give us an edge.
“I think this will help us grow,” he continues. “We know from promoting JustUsBoys and sending traffic out to other affiliate programs [that] we do the best by far with sites that have exclusive content. It’s just what consumers expect now. And to develop a following, you have to have some models that are identified with your site. I think going this route will definitely help the Mesmerotic program grow, and will give us another outlet for our own traffic, as well.”
