Three brothers were arrested Tuesday while they watched a porn video in their car’s DVD player.
Authorities responded to a McDonald’s restaurant when a woman complained that the men were watching a porn video that others, including minors could see from the outside, KTRK-TV reported. Police said the men were waiting in the drive through when they began watching the video.
Police gave the car’s driver, 22-year-old Nicholas Godoy, a misdemeanor ticket for obscene display. His brother, Jose Godoy Jr., 24, was arrested for an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court in another case, while a third brother, Rito James Godoy, 21, was arrested for possessing part of a marijuana cigarette.
