Performer Mark Anthony has been placed on the first-generation list A list, indicating that he had direct sexual conduct with Darren James, the veteran performer who was diagnosed as HIV-positive last week. The reason cited for the classification was a double anal scene Anthony and James performed together in.
Previously on the second-generation A list, Anthony was moved onto the first-generation list, because he and Darren James performed a double anal scene with Lara Roxx, who has also tested HIV-positive.

Anthony was already on the first-generation B list, for those who worked directly with Roxx.
A double anal scene requires both male performers to simultaneously insert their penises into the female talent’s anus. The proximity of Anthony’s penis to James’ during a sexual activity increases his odds of catching the HIV virus.
