Content provider Mansion Productions is partnering with ClickTruth.com, with Mansion's forthcoming MPA3 program incorporating the ClickTruth.com sponsorship auditing and accounting service.
The partnership will include Mansion adding to the MPA3 program such key ClickTruth.com features as its reward system, shopping cart, fraud control feature (Internet protocol tracking, with MPA2 tagging "a particular Webmaster" who has signed to the same or different sites in the program sent by the same IP – an "especially useful tool to control and reduce Webmaster fraud in affiliate programs"), geo-tracking (tracking the country of origin for a surfer and offering the best billing alternative for that surfer), database diagnostics, and a feature through which the affiliate can add other sites and give access only to their administrative stats.
ClickTruth.com is a program designed to confirm Webmasters get credit for every sale their traffic generates to sponsor programs, owner-operators The Porn Posse said when co-announcing the Mansion partnership deal. Random audits are done on all enrolled member accounts regularly with participating sponsors, and individual Webmasters can have specific audits on their traffic for nominal charges.
“When every slow sales period generates accusations of shaving from under-performing Webmasters, it is nice for a sponsor program to defer to a third party to calm the hysteria," said Porn Posse chief executive officer Johnny V, co-announcing the Mansion deal. "When it becomes a my-word-against-yours situation, it’s tough to find resolution. ClickTruth allows program owners to stop worrying about disgruntled accusations and gives Webmasters the tools to audit for themselves in a blind, random fashion."
Current ClickTruth users include early adopters Flashcash and PornKings plus StiffyCash, FasterBucks, and GammaCash/GammaExtreme, the latter three of which are now beta-testing ClickTruth for their own compatibility.
