Adult live-chat and cam site LiveCamNetwork will be hosting a live, online Star Wars “geek-a-thon” and nude Lightsaber duel Friday, Sept. 22, at 9 p.m. EST.
The idea is the brainchild of chat hostess and LCN performer Kedra Alliard, who was inspired by the event hosted in 2005 by LCN.
“This time, we’re going ‘whole hog’ with seven girls and a real Star Wars trivia drinking game,” says Alliard, a die-hard Star Wars fan. She says she loved the idea the first time around and wanted to participate. “It’s almost why I went to work for LCN.”
Owner and co-founder of the network, Mark Prince, says he’ll use the event as an opportunity to experiment further with the network’s live widescreen high-definition video platform.
“After all the regular chat hostesses using it daily, we’ve tweaked it to perfection,” says Prince. “It’s really something to see now, and it’s time we did something a little bit spectacular.”
Prince in 2005 launched the first live widescreen display and 30-frame-per-second video feed on LiveCamNetwork with chat hostess talk shows, all-girl drinking parties, and the original nude Lightsaber duel.
“It was more of a pajama party,” says Prince.
This time around, the event will feature drinking games involving the chat room guests and a trivia contest.
“It’s geek girls getting together to indoctrinate some newbie chicks,” says Alliard.
The affiliate program, LiveCamNetwork.com/webmasters.html, offers webmasters 25 percent on every purchase made by referred clients for the life of the membership.
