LOS ANGELES—Little Caprice tells AVN she has landed a role on Sex O’Clock, a popular mainstream TV show in her native Czech Republic.
It marks the first major mainstream crossover for the three-time AVN International Performer of the Year from Brno.
The producers of the Sex O’Clock—which has scored over 78% with audiences in Czech Republic—first contacted her husband and business partner, fellow adult star Marcello Bravo.
“They found his phone number and called him,” Little Caprice tells AVN. “He immediately told them that I won’t be interested, because I never want to appear in Czech press or TV.
“But he promised them to tell me. When he asked me and said the name of the show I was like, ‘Hell yeah, I want it!’ Because I knew the show already. I watched the first season and I loved it.”
The producers were so confident that Little Caprice would join the cast they wrote the role for her before they even got her confirmation, she reveals.
“They were sure they want to have me in it,” Little Caprice adds. “It was really incredible and I felt very comfortable since we first met.”
She continues, “I was beyond happy. But also super nervous as I don’t have any experience in mainstream acting. But even though I was nervous as hell I knew I want to give it a try no matter what!”
Little Caprice, who won AVN’s most coveted award for an international performer in 2020, 2021 and 2023, explains that she studied her script a lot, memorizing her lines “because I knew I will be nervous so I want to not be concentrate for the lines, but acting.”
“And it worked,” Caprice continues. “They helped me so much to feel as confident as possible and the whole team was amazing. So they made my first experience unforgettable.”
Caprice shot her part in Zlín, Czech Republic, the birthplace of late visionary Czech entrepreneur, Tomas Baťa.
Geared toward a younger audience, Sex O’Clock follows a simple but not ordinary life of one Czech family with lots of sex-related themes, teenage problems and serious relationship issues.
“Just like in life, it’s funny, but sometimes also dramatic,” says Caprice says, whose 14 AVN Awards include a record four trophies Best International Girl/Girl Sex Scene.
The seasoned star, who shot her first scene in 2010 and launched her website, LittleCaprice-Dreams.com in 2016, plays herself in three episodes.
“I can’t spoil so much because my episode is not out yet, but my message in it is to help one of the main characters with his porn addiction and confidence,” she tells AVN. “Also, we want to show with the producers that porn workers are also a humans, normal people like anybody else. They basically want to de-stigmatize the industry itself."
Meanwhile, Caprice says attending the premiere was an “awesome” experience.
“I felt so important, no but seriously I loved that,” she says. “All the press and the famous Czech stars were so kind and nice!”
