Porn actresses Kelsey Michaels and Erin Moore came out as candidates in a Linda Lovelace look-a-like contest that was held Sunday night at a party at I Candy Lounge for the classic film Deep Throat being released on high-definition DVD.
“I was very impressed with Kelsey who has only been in the adult business for six months,” said Tom Funk of High Def Home Entertainment.
“I passed the names of these girls on to Ray Pistol whose company, Arrow Productions, is doing a remake of the original Deep Throat. Ray is looking for a sweet innocent young girl to play the role Linda Lovelace. In the meantime, the original Deep Throat is being released on DVD."
Two months ago, the original Deep Throat film negative was found in a garage, missing for 30 years, but still in pristine condition.
It has now been transferred to High Definition and then authored to High Def DVD format.
Deep Throat HD DVD will be shipped November 21.
An R-rated version will soon follow.
