Adult industry veteran Joey Wilson has launched a new entertainment company called 3rd Degree Films.
Wilson, who has over 18 years of industry experience, helped revitalize the Rosebud Video line and most recently shepherded Metro’s Fusxion line. Wilson has hired seasoned videographer Chris Streams to be his first exclusive contract director.
“Chris is a true pervert, artistically and technically one of the best camera guys out there," Wilson said. "… If you knew how many projects are Chris’ vision you would be surprised."
Wilson noted that Streams captures all of director Pat Myne's footage as well as shooting Britney Foster's Disturbed and Nightmare, among several others.
"I’m anxious to see what he creates for his own moniker,” Wilson added.
Streams directed the cum swapping title Share the Load and the teen series Don’t Tell My Daddy, which are 3rd Degree's first two releases. The company will release two titles this month and two in August before making a permanent move to four releases per month in September.
“I wanted to peak at four titles per month. The belief being, we could win just as much market share as anyone, if we take the quality as opposed to quantity approach,” Wilson said.
The company took special care in the box cover design.
“It has a signature look that will be immediately recognizable and content you will come back for, a branding like no others,” Wilson said.
