Citing "lack of stamina," the folks at SEXMoney.com announced yesterday that Joe Porn Star contest winner Jessy has dropped out of his chance to become a porn star on their dime.
Jessy was the winner of the Joe Porn Star contest launched by SEXMoney.com, where he won the opportunity to have sex with 25 beautiful women on camera and make $250 per scene. However, several days into shooting, the up-and-cummer had trouble "getting it up," as evidenced by a video clip posted on JoePornStar.com.
"Our producer contacted us to let us know that Jessy was unable to rise to the occasion and perform his duties on the set," Kath Blackwell, North American consultant for SEXMoney.com and talent search coordinator for JoePornStar.com, told AVN.com.
As a result of the unforeseen delay, SEXMoney.com was forced to postpone the official launch of their Website, JoePornStar.com.
"I guess you never really think something like that is going to happen," added Blackwell. "These guys all wanted this really badly. It's an excellent opportunity."
However, not to be detoured, they have since awarded the prize the first runner-up, Freddy, who will begin shooting on Friday, Jan. 30.
"We got in touch with Freddy, who was voted in second place by our Website participants, and he flew out to Hollywood on a moment's notice and took over the spot of Joe Porn Star," said Blackwell. "So far, from what I've been told, Freddy is holding up under the pressure of the lights and cameras and we will be able to officially launch the site on Friday, only about a week later than our original plans."
Joe Porn Star applicants should continue to submit applications, as SEXMoney.com will start our next round of recruiting for Joe Porn Star #3 in February.
"We are still taking applications for Joe Porn Star via our Website," said Blackwell. "We get a flood of new applicants in daily. We will begin narrowing down our search the first week of February and will be posting a new ‘Top 10’ of guys for our viewers to vote in as Joe #3.
“It's amazing how many guys want to be a part of this, and some of them are really making a huge effort sending in essay-style submissions on why we should choose them. We will be posting some of these applications on the Website ? of course protecting their personal information ? because it's just very interesting reading."
SEXMoney.com will update their members with the latest JoePornStar.com info as it becomes available. Banners, linking data, and program information will be uploaded to their Webmaster area soon.
