HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Multi-award-winning, prolific director Jim Powers directs a new Gender X Films title, Trans Realtors, which debuted its first scene Thursday.
“Trans Realtors: Scene 1” is the first of four scenes in the new production.
“Redhead realtor Kalli Grace is getting ready for her open house and thinks everything is perfect, but it’s not—there’s a leak under the kitchen sink. Lucky for her, hunky plumber Sage Roux can come to the rescue and fix it quickly. After he does, he asks Kalli to test the sink, and when he slides out from under the sink, he catches a glimpse up her skirt and sees what she’s packing. The two go at it on the floor, countertops, and all over the kitchen. Before they know it, Kalli has forgotten about the open house,” a scene description reads.

Upcoming scenes star Ariel Demure, Tommy, Parker, Kasey Kei, River Lynn, Victoria Grant and Justice, in scenarios that feature “realtors showing beautiful homes and getting into sticky situations that lead to hot sex with potential home buyers.”
“You might not want to buy these houses, but you definitely want to fuck the realtors, especially when they’re this hot. And, maybe grab a snack to go on the way out,” Powers said.
Following the first scene release, new scenes will debut each week for the next three weeks. The full movie will later be released via VOD and DVD.
