Kevin Moore and Adam Grayson have formed Jekyll & Hyde Productions, which has released its first title, Stick It In My Face!, through Old Pueblo Distribution.
Both Moore and Grayson describe themselves as "obsessive porno fans."
Moore ran the online magazine, www.stunningcurves.com, between 1999-2003 and is now the production manager for Joey Silvera at Evil Angel.
Grayson, meanwhile, is the founder of the adult database, www.searchextreme.com, which started out as a hobby that "spiraled into a paycheck."
"We do well. A lot of people use it," Grayson said. "It's the most popular site of its kind. Being a porno database, the traffic is great. We have tons of European clientele."
Moore, a new director, for the past year has worked closely with Silvera, who has become like a "mentor" for him.
"I wouldn't be making a movie if it wasn't for Joey," Moore told AVN.com. "Joey really takes the time to give me pointers, and it's pretty amazing working in the trenches with him."
Moore continued, "I love porno, watching people fuck and throwing in your own weird twist on it. I kind of feel like I connect with the guys that watch these movies. … Adam and me have been talking forever about this. He is the consummate porn fan. If there is any bigger porn fan than me, it's him."
The Tucson, Ariz.-based Old Pueblo Distribution is distributing Jekyll & Hyde product. Grayson said he and Old Pueblo owner Arnold Stein are good friends.
"I've known Arnold for two or three years. He was a guy I knew and trusted," Grayson told AVN.com.
Grayson and Moore want to fill what they see as a void in the blowjob market with Stick It In My Face!, which features Nikita Denise, Sophia, Victoria Sin, Honey, Cherry Lane, Rio Mariah and others.
Grayson said they would place footage on video-on-demand when there is more of a content library at jhpxxx.com. Jekyll & Hyde had just finished the second edition at press time with plans to begin shooting regular gonzo titles later in the summer. The second volume features performances by Teagan, Brittney Skye, Haley, Katie Gold and Lucy Lee.
Moore said Stick It In My Face! is shot mostly from a point-of-view angle.
"There is a little bit of voyeurism," Moore said. "I'm not all about ramming a dick down their throat. There is a lot of titty fucking.
"…I like a lot of tease. I think tease allows viewers to connect with female talent on film. It helps to start the scene off and make it horny. There will always be a lot of tease in anything I ever do.
Grayson recently helped set up the database Adult Dat to track scene pairings for the Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Foundation.
