Jenna Jameson and Club Jenna contract girl Krystal Steal surprised about 500 managers of the Movie Gallery store chain with an impromptu appearance on April 7 at their conference at the Universal Hilton.
The managers had been expecting an appearance by a mainstream, non-adult star.
“It was a big surprise for them,” Howard Levine, national sales manager for Vivid, told AVN.com. “They came in by the busload, literally. They got their badges, itineraries and had a surprise meet-and-greet with Jenna and Krystal that was incredibly, wildly successful.”
Levine said that the girls signed everything from matchbooks to posters that were on the walls.
“I wanted to thank Dan Richards, the adult buyer for Movie Gallery, for inviting us, and he wanted to thank Jenna and Krystal for showing up,” Levine said. “Carrie Parrish, their other buyer, made the girls feel very comfortable. It was a great promo.”
