The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa welcomed more than 1,400 exhibitors and attendees on Thursday for Internext Summer, the world’s largest expo and most popular networking event for the adult digital media and webmaster marketplace.
The event kicked off with a variety of pre-convention events and parties. Business owners and webmasters mingled with adult stars, and the alternative rock band Lit played to a full crowd poolside at the “Blast Off” party sponsored by AVN Online and Internext.
“Everyone from my company is having a great time. We can’t wait to start meeting and doing business here,” says Sagi Brody, chief technology officer for Webair Internet Development.
New York-based Brody was also celebrating a bachelor party being held for Kre8t0r, webmaster of IncredibleDollars. Kre8t0r and fiancee, Bratt, of CECash will be married on the beach Sunday during Internext by YNOT show host, YNOT Bob. YNOT Bob is a reverend with the Universal Life Church.
Webmaster board GoFuckYourself hosted a warm-up party in one of the Grand Ballroom’s of the luxurious resort, the site of Internext for the sixth year in a row.
“I was met with a great drink, a great hotel bed, and a great time,” says Lori Z. of The Adult Broker, enjoying time at the GFY party also sponsored by CECash, RealityCash and PussyCash.
“I’m having a terrific time,” says attorney Eric M. Bernstein, whose law firm is exhibiting at the event. Bernstein will be one of the speakers at Internext seminar “Gambling for Profits,” being held today at 2:15 pm.
Richard Barios of CowboyBucks was the lucky recipient of the GFY contest. The webmaster won a free hotel stay, met with the band Lit, and enjoyed many other goodies courtesy of Internext.
