MONTREAL—InMelanin.com has officially relaunched through a strategic partnership with PAYSITE.
Founded by performer Hazel Grace, InMelanin.com was created to “celebrate the beauty, diversity and individuality of women of color through a wide range of content styles and genres,” a rep said.
"The name InMelanin is both descriptive and a bit of a pun," said Grace. "The focus of the site is women of color, and you'll find them in every scene. There's a lot of variety because there's a lot of variety in Black women. Whether viewers enjoy solo performances, girl/girl scenes, boy/girl content, gonzo or scripted productions, there's a little something for everybody who loves chocolate."
Grace said choosing PAYSITE as a partner was a strategic decision rooted in long-term growth and shared values.
"I believe InMelanin has the potential to become one of the biggest Ebony sites in the next 10 to 15 years," she said. "I wanted to work with a company that could support me as a small business owner while helping me reach that goal. The overall feeling at InMelanin is family, and the overall feeling at PAYSITE is family as well. It just made sense."
PAYSITE’s Erik Bellavance welcomed the partnership and expressed confidence in the brand's future.
"Hazel has a clear vision for InMelanin and a genuine passion for creating content that celebrates women of color in all their diversity," Bellavance said. "We're proud to provide the technology, support and infrastructure behind the project and look forward to helping InMelanin grow into a major destination within the industry."
