iBill has implemented BayTSP's MediaEnforcer search and customer information management system to oversee contract and copyright compliance by iBill clients, BayTSP announced this week.
iBill and its parent InterCept Payment Solutions "maintains the highest standards for customer service and support and BayTSP's product line will help it deliver an even higher quality of service," BayTSP chief executive officer Mark Ishikawa said in a statement. "MediaEnforcer in tandem with CIMS will provide IPS near real time actionable information on client transactions and issue alerts when an issue needs addressing."
"MediaEnforcer provides us with another tool to help our clients remain in compliance with digital content requirements," said InterCept chief operating officer Tim Barnett in his own statement. "BayTSP will help us ensure that all transactions meet guidelines established by the card associations."
