Genesis, the popular magazine for men, has created a special collector’s edition magazine supplement devoted to coverage of the Vivid Entertainment adult classic remake, The New Devil in Miss Jones.
Starring Vivid Girl Jenna Jameson as the devil and Vivid Girl Savanna Samson as Miss Jones, the movie will be in stores by Sept. 28.
The New Devil in Miss Jones stand-alone supplement has the DVD image on the cover and marks the first time that a nationally distributed men’s magazine has created a separate publication for an adult film. It will be packaged with the December issue of the magazine, which officially goes on sale at newsstands worldwide on Sept. 27.
“This is an exciting departure for Genesis,” said Dan Davis, editor-in-chief of the magazine. “We thought that this would be a wonderful opportunity to treat our readers to coverage of a film with a rich and colorful history and of the remarkable remake from the leading adult studio and starring the top talent in the industry.”
Highlights of the publication include exclusive interviews with Jameson, Samson, the original Miss Jones, Georgina Spelvin, and director Paul Thomas.
There is also an in-depth article on the fascinating history of the movie, including conversations with the original stars and director Gerard Damiano, plus Vivid’s co-founder Steven Hirsch.
Exclusive and rare photos of the original and new movies along with behind-the-scene photos from the production are also featured in the special publication along with a special two-sided centerfold with Samson on one side and Jameson on the other.
Readers will have a chance to enter a contest with a first prize of “The Ultimate Vivid DVD Collection” – 100 DVDs plus a signed copy of The New Devil in Miss Jones, as well as Samson sex toys and a subscription to Genesis.
The main issue of the December Genesis magazine will feature both Jameson and Samson on the cover and will have an exclusive new pictorial and centerfold of Samson.
