BurningAngel and VCA are premiering Joanna’s Angels 2, Alt Throttle today at Happy Valley in NYC, from 6 to 9 p.m. The movie is directed by and stars Joanna Angel, alongside Kylee Kross, Dana DeArmond, Charlotte Stokely, Pinky Lee, Sabrina Sparx, Pixie Pearl, James Deen, Mr.Marcus and Tommy Pistol.
Angel will also be on the David Lee Roth Show radio show this morning.
In Joanna's Angels 2, Mr. Marcus plays the America's first black president. His daughter, played by DeArmond, gets kidnapped by a preppy blond, (played by Stokely), who threatens to keep the girl unless everything “Alt” is outlawed. As part of her torture, she is forced to listen to the same pop song over and over, with subliminal messages about conformity. President Marcus hires Angel and her Angels to rescue his daughter, and save everything alternative in the country.
"The movie is a satire of everything; from politics, to heartbreak, to alternative culture,” commented Angel.
“The cast of girls are all really hot. Not only are they really different looking from the average cast of porn girls, everyone is really unique in the movie. The sex is really dirty, but it's still a cute chick flick with a funny plot.”
The entire film was shot right around the corner from the BurningAngel offices, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Happy Valley is located at 14 east 27 St. (between Madison and Fifth) in NYC. There is no cover charge.
Meanwhile, Angel and fellow cast members will also be signing autographs from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the Virgin Megastore, 52. E. 14th. Street in New York City on Wednesday.
