Vivid Entertainment Group this week began shipping Paul Thomas' Emperor for a street date of Wednesday. The original street date was supposed to be this week but some delays in replication caused Vivid to push the date back.
Emperor stars Janine Lindemulder, Rocco Siffredi, Dasha, Tawny Roberts and several other American and European performers. It was filmed in locations in Budapest and Los Angeles, and sparked controversy when Lindemulder and Siffredi feuded on the set over condom use and allegations of rough sex. Siffredi also notoriously received a black eye as a result of a punch from Roberts during their intense encounter.
The movie is being released in a two-disc set.
