Buckshot Productions' BuckleRoos 1-2, nominated in 18 categories, was named Best Picture of 2004 and won 10 additional awards making it not only Thursday's big winner, but the most honored movie in GAYVN history at the sixth annual show at the Rage nightclub.
BuckleRoos also snagged trophies in the following categories: Best Director (John Rutherford and Jerry Douglas), Actor (Dean Phoenix), Videography (Todd Montgomery), Editing (Andrew Rosen), Sex Scene (Dean Phoenix, Marcus Iron), Threesome (Marcus Iron, Sammy Case, Timmy Thomas), Music (Nicholas Pavkovic, Rock Hard), Non-sex Role (Zak Spears), Marketing Campaign, and an unusual two-man Solo Performance (Ricky Martinez, Arpad Miklos).
Tag Adams was named Performer of the Year and Eddie Stone was voted Best Newcomer.
Best Leather Video, Art Direction, Packaging, and DVD Extras awards went to Titan Media's five-disc Horse: Fallen Angel 5.
Rascal Video's Bolt was named Best All-Sex Video and also took awards in the Group Sex and DVD Special Edition categories.
The Best Renting title of 2004 was Jet Set Productions' American Porn Star. Jet Set's Wet Palms 1-3 won in the Best Sex Comedy and Screenplay (Jack Shamama and Michael Stabile) categories.

GAYVN Hall of Fame inductees Blue Blake, Brian Brennan, Tom De Simone, Chad Donovan, Jim French, and Andrew Rosen were introduced in a special presentation by Gino Colbert.
Chi Chi LaRue hosted the event for the third year in a row. This year's program included a performance by Jackie Beat.
