Hustler Video and Inner City Squad Productions announced plans to release Liquid City 2: The Lockdown this summer.
The video is the sequel to Liquid City, which won the 2003 AVN Award for Best Ethnic-Themed Video in January. Platinum rap star Mystikal and rapper/performer Chaos, who collaborated on the Liquid City title track, both return for the second edition.
"We had such huge success with Liquid City 1 that the streets were demanding that we release another one. This one is even better than the last because we know what the streets want," director D. Sparky said.
Inner City Squad, which specializes in urban product with established lines such as Hustler's Ghetto Booty and Black & Wild, also has a sister company called Forefront Entertainment that produces exclusive music.
Liquid City 2: The Lockdown is billed a wild private party "without a revolving door."
"Once you're in, you're in and there's nothing or no one who is off limits" is the theme of The Lockdown.
Malaya, Jada, Misty Mason, Angel Eyes, Justin Slayer, Wesley Pipes, Countre Pipes, the Ghetto Twins, Vegas and Mr. Wicked all perform in The Lockdown.
