Looking to up the ante of their productions, Hustler Video is preparing to release a title they think will not only surprise their current audience base, but draw a whole new one as well.
It's called Taboo, it's directed by Richard Hamilton, and according to Hustler spokesperson Sean Carney, it's unlike anything the company has produced before.
"It's probably our most expensive production," Carney told AVN.com, "and I would say also our best. It was shot in high definition, so the visuals, the look of the production is just amazing. Also, it probably has the most sophisticated and intense soundtrack and sound effects of any adult movie that's probably ever been made."
Taboo has a fetish-based them and stars such hot talent as Charlie Lane, Jana Cova, Mandy Bright, Jayna Oso, and Kimberly Kane. In order to hype its release and attract the aforementioned new audience, Carney wants to hold a rock 'n' roll bash.
"I'm hoping to get a party together," Carney said. "This looks like the perfect opportunity to get some rock-'n-rollers and some porn stars and some fetish people together and have a really big party. I think this is a video that is really going to connect with younger people and people who are interested in the edgier side of culture."
