LFP Broadcasting has signed a deal with Jules Jordan Video for the pay-per-view and video-on-demand rights to its titles for airing on its Hustler TV outlet.
“Jules Jordan has a proven history of creating some of the most famous series in adult entertainment,” said Michael H. Klein, LFP Broadcasting’s president.
“We are delighted that Jules Jordan Video will contribute to our success as Hustler TV continues to be the most exciting and innovative source of PPV and VOD entertainment.”
The deal announced today gives Hustler TV the rights to all 49 titles in Jules Jordan Video’s library, beginning with Gina Lynn’s Dark Side which will be the first to air sometime next month.
Other details were not disclosed.
Jordan himself, who heads his label, said he was pleased to have his titles head for cable broadcast for the first time.
“This is the first time that it will be on broadcast and I’m so glad to be affiliated with the Hustler brand,” he said.
“To get this deal is great because I don’t really shoot for this market. My stuff is really hardcore and Hustler is ideal for this because they show full triple-X versions.”
With this contract, Jordan said he has no plans to go softcore or tone down his movies for the pay-per-view or video-on-demand market.
“I’m going to continue shooting the way I’ve been shooting,” he said.
“I know that sometimes they’ll have to modify my versions for broadcast, but they’ll still show my full versions too so it’s great.”
Jordan, who recently released Jenna Haze Dark Side, is preparing for his next release, the interracial-themed Black Owned, featuring Alexis Malone and Julia Bond. That title is set for Monday.
Having joined the industry in 1997 with Pleasure Productions, Jordan made his mark with his Ass Worship and Flesh Hunter series for Evil Angel where he served as its star director from 2001 until his departure in January when he took his label independent.
Hustler TV is a unit of the Larry Flynt empire which includes its flagship publication, Hustler magazine, along with a number of other publications, adult production houses, VCA and Hustler Video; its video distribution arm, as well as Internet and adult retail interests.
