Hustler Hosts Party at LFP

Hustler founder Larry Flynt and the LFP executive team joined Vivid Video and VCA Pictures Monday evening in hosting an exclusive gathering at LFP headquarters.

The event featured an open bar, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment, spectacular views and stunning women.

“We just wanted to show our appreciation to our wholesalers and distributors and a lot of other people that make Hustler Video such a success,” Jimmy Flynt II told AVN.com. “We’re really pleased with the turnout.”

Flynt II said Hustler last entertained on the 10th floor of the LFP building in the summer of 2001 with about 125 guests.

“This time we have between 350 and 400 people here,” Flynt II said as he surveyed a room filled with adult film stars, models, producers, directors and industry movers and shakers.

Larry Flynt even opened his office to the party, meeting while sitting behind his desk.

Howard Levine, the general sales manager for LFP, told AVN.com, “All the great distributors and buyers are here. This is for them. Larry opened his office and he opened his penthouse suite and everyone was totally impressed.”

Levine continued, “Unbelievable food, catering. These are the people that make it happen. These are the people we wanted to say, ‘Thank you,’ to.”

Levine told AVN.com Hustler Director of Sales Craig Jelin and Promotions Director Jimmy Flynt II “put this party together and they did an unbelievable job.”

“And Mrs. Flynt has been invaluable. … All the great distributors came out and we were really happy they did. When (Hustler President) Jim Kohls does something, he does it first class.”

Hustler’s guests received complimentary bags that included a Hustler t-shirt, Vivid Condoms, VCA’s Double-O-Blonde, the Hustler summer catalog and October issue of Hustler, a Vivid Interactive DVD sampler and a Barely Legal DVD among other items.
