Westside Distribution, the company behind the hot-selling Hustler apparel, is introducing a new denim line at the MAGIC Convention in late February.
Eric Gullett of Westside said the rollout would include “cut and sew pieces” such as collared and button-down shirts and various higher-end knits.
Gullett told AVN.com that Hustler apparel enjoyed a record last quarter, and overall retail apparel sales were up 60 percent from last year.
“We thought we would hit a level or resistance when we reached a certain price ceiling, but we found out that people are willing to pay a premium for the right product,” Gullett said.
Hustler apparel continues to be a fashion statement among the celebrity crowd as rap superstar Jay-Z is seen wearing a Hustler hoodie on the table of contents of the latest issue of The Source. The rapper has also worn Hustler gear in Rolling Stone and US Weekly and he bought it on his own.
