The majority of shareholder interests of peer-to-peer advertising agency P2PADS now belongs to Mark Hurson, owner of Gallery Traffic Service. The announcement made by P2PADS marks the end of a two-year business relationship with Brad Gosse of Yourbrain Media, Inc.
“P2PADS has had explosive growth in the adult and mainstream markets. We’re looking forward to offering our unique traffic and video distribution capabilities on a much larger level,” says Hurson. “Brad has been a great partner and a real pleasure to work with. We all wish him well in his new ventures and hope to work with him again in the future.”
Gosse and his wife, Claire, will continue to own and operate Essog Video Production, a video editing, production, and compression company, along with several adult and mainstream websites.
“P2PADS is a fantastic company and has a world of growth ahead of it; however, I need time to focus on my other business projects,” says Gosse. “I know Mark and his team are the best people to take this company to new heights, and I can’t imagine turning it over to a better group.”
The operation will continue to reside in the Orangeville office.
The P2PADS agency generates and re-sells targeted, unique visitors and offers viral video distribution, branding exposure, and piracy protection for content.
