Payment processing company DHD Media now includes amateur niche specialists Homegrown Video in its roster of clients that use the company’s customer support, merchant processing, and RevEx affiliate platform services.
Homegrown says the company will offer DHD Media’s services both on- and offline.

Through DHD Media, Homegrown customers will have access to a team of customer services representatives 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. There are no phone trees, voicemail messages, or busy signals. Email support features online representatives with a reply time of 45 minutes or less. Members who choose not to utilize phone or email support can troubleshoot with a variety of online support tools.

DHD’s RevEx platform will provide administration, payouts, tracking, and real-time online reporting for Homegrown affiliates.
