Max Hardcore's servers containing all of the content for his Website, MaxHardcore.com, were returned to his studio today by the FBI, which seized them yesterday as part of an obscenity investigation.
The site is now back up and running. The investigation, surrounding five titles produced by Max World Entertainment, is being conducted by the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS) of the Department of Justice.
Max World attorney Jeffrey Douglas told AVN.com that if an indictment comes down in this case, it may not occur for up to six months.
