H2oh Hosting Launches "Burstable" Dedicated Hosting

"Burstable" ordinarily suggests disaster. Not in the case of H2oh Hosting. For them, it means a new managed dedicated hosting service, offering what the company calls quality bandwidth, BPG routing, redundant network connections, server security, monitoring, and fully-managed hosting service which they say gives each customer "peace of mind hosting."

The new burstable service is available in 1000GB and 2000GB bandwidth allotments, and H2oh thinks Webmasters – especially those who use high bandwidth to operate their sites – now have thirteen different, unique choices for dedicated H2oh hosting.

"Many of our clients expressed a desire to have our managed services provided for dedicated servers," said managing director Josh Ewin announcing the new service launch. "We listened to their needs, and created a virtually hands off environment in which for them to control their websites, while we handle their server needs.

"Everyone wants to go dedicated now, but many webmasters and small online companies don't have a high budget for hosting," Ewin continued. "Our team has worked hard to produce a solid, managed dedicated hosting solution to fit with their budgets.”

The range of managed burstable dedicated services include Intel Celeron, Intel Pentium 4, and Dual Intel Xeon, with ample memory, hard drive storage space, and "blazing fast connectivity," H2oh said. And, clients have their choice of operating systems, including RedHat and FreeBSD, with CPanel – which H2oh calls the world's most popular hosting control panel – available on request for RedHat and FreeBSD installation.
