Uncaged Marketing Inc., parent company of adult affiliate program Guerilla Traffic, is offering a $30,000 reward for information regarding the arrest and conviction of the person or persons attacking Guerilla Traffic’s websites.
The company is reporting that during the past few months, someone has been sending millions of unsolicited emails containing references to “Lolita” or “child porn” with links to Guerilla Traffic’s websites, which contain various affiliate IDs.
The president of marketing for the site, George D., told AVN Online the company has had the problem for a few months, but during the three-day holiday weekend, there was a deluge of emails.
“We’ve received hundreds and thousands of complaints,” says George D. “We’re receiving pressure from our hosting company as well as our billing company, but we need to go on the record and state that we have nothing to do with this malicious attack. We’re the victims here.”
According to George D., the emails are being sent from all over the world, from thousands of various IP addresses.
The company says they are offering the reward in the hope that someone will come forward or encourage someone else to turn in the person or persons responsible for the attacks.
Anyone with information should contact George D. at [email protected] or call directly at 416-533-6000.
The three-year old program operates a number of adult sites.
