GoFundMe Launched for Cali Lee After Motorcycle Accident

LOS ANGELES—Talent agency Ideal Image Models announced today that model Cali Lee, 35, was in a "devastating" motorcycle accident at the end of July. To help her, a friend of Lee's created a GoFundMe to support her in covering medical expenses.

"She was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident while riding her Harley that left her with a broken back, multiple fractured ribs, and a shattered ankle," the GoFundMe page reads. "Just days later, she underwent surgery on her leg and now faces a long, painful, and uncertain road to recovery—physically, emotionally, and mentally."

It adds, "To make matters even more difficult, [Lee] does not have medical insurance. Because of this, the hospital discharged her much earlier than they should have—sending her home with a walker, severe pain, and multiple untreated needs. Doctors have warned her that if she falls again, she could become permanently paralyzed."

The GoFundMe.com fundraiser is available here. Cali Lee has been active in the adult entertainment industry since 2008.
