According to a ConsumerAffairs.com article, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Wendell Mortimer, Jr. has granted class action status to a lawsuit accusing that consumers were charged without consent for Girls Gone Wild videos.
This is the second such charge Mantra Films Inc. — the firm behind Girls Gone Wild — has had brought against it in the past two years.
