Giavanna, a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, won the Miss Hustler Honey Beauty Contest 2003 Thursday night at the Hustler Casino.

The 25-year-old, Native American stunner from Dallas earned $1,000 and will have a chance to model for Hustler.
She said that she decided to compete two hours before the event started and during the competition she had to go to "backup underwear" because the g-string she was wearing came undone.
"I was nervous. I was running behind. This was totally last minute," Giavanna told AVN.com. "I'm surprised and I'm really happy."
Giavanna said she has never done any nude modeling and wasn't sure if she would do a layout.
"It's a big step," she said, admitting that she has never even looked through a copy of Hustler.
Giavanna performed as a Cowboys cheerleader in 1999 and 2000 and moved to LA nine months ago to pursue an acting career. She emerged from a group of 16 finalists who advanced from two preliminary rounds. Jasmyne pocketed $500 as runner-up and Tally, who was from Australia, received $400 for third place.
