GET Accepting Adult Merchant Applications

Real-time credit card and Automatic Clearing House (ACH) processor Global Electronic Technology (GET) announced that they will now accept adult merchant applications directly.

Previously, GET relied primarily on its agent sales channel for new clients.

“With so much U.S. banking turmoil, we have decided to take a more direct role,” said GET CEO Steve Bryson. “We have enjoyed this market space for a long time. Our new position of prominently advertising within the industry will allow us to expand our services and provide support to all that need it. As a privately held company, we aren’t beholden to anyone other than our banks and our own clients.”

GET now has multiple Bank Identification Numbers (BINs) and Interbank Card Association Numbers (ICAs) at its U.S. bank, which allows streamlined approvals of high-risk and mainstream accounts. GET’s transaction processing system, SafeGuard, in its second year of Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) compliance, allows for ease of certification for gateway merchants and smaller independent sales organizations.

GET allows users to process Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB.
