United States Bankruptcy judge Kathleen Thompson late Tuesday afternoon issued a gag order in a piracy battle involving Jill Kelly Productions and several San Fernando Valley adult video companies and individuals.
JKP alleges that DVD Concepts, International Video Innovation, Inc and L&M Optical have been selling pirated product. The companies argue they have the legal right to sell JKP titles.
JKP has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection so any financial issues involving the production company must be heard in bankruptcy court.
