Ending negotiations that extended over several weeks, director John T. Bone has surrendered two sex scenes to Gabor at Heatwave Video in exchange for Bone's point and shoot camera which David Aaron Clark was holding as hostage against alleged bounced checks. Clark at the time we interviewed him said he was for an up and up swap. [Bone had confiscated scenes Clark shot for a Gabor movie called Pornocide in retaliation for a camera that Clark had not given back to him plus money Bone claims Clark owed him from a long-standing debt.]
Earlier this week it looked as though Bone was going to make good on a threat to keep the sex scenes and edit them into one of his movies. However, Gabor, in a fit of near-apoplexy, stepped in the middle and accomplished what Rob Spallone wasn't able to do, achieve a peace accord and get Bone back his camera.
"The spiteful little boy [Clark] stayed home and sulked," said Bone. "And the grown-ups took care of business. Gabor took charge, stepped up to the plate and did the right thing. He resolved the problem while David stayed home, stamped his feet and told him not to."
G. Ross: "I've always been a sucker for a happy ending."
Bone: "Me, too. There isn't a dry fly in the house."
G. Ross: "There was also a resolution about money, wasn't there?"
Bone: "Everything's been taken care of. But it leaves this stupid idiot standing there, having fucked everybody over. He has to live with that. I shake my head and say I can't believe the stupidity of the whole fucking situation."
