Fresh Faces: Andi Vicious

This feature appears in the August issue of AVN magazine.

LOS ANGELES—With more than a decade of martial arts and competitive fighting under her belt, Andi Vicious has built a life of discipline, strength, and control. She's carried that energy into her side hustle as a professional Dominatrix, trading punches for power plays as Goddess Andi. But can she take it from the mats to the mattresses as she steps into the porn arena?

“I’ve been able to blend all of my worlds,” said Vicious, a 5-foot-9 former model, aerialist, and fire dancer. “I've always been a performer. I've always been very physical. I love doing things that involve my body, control, and strength—all those types of things.

“I've always liked putting on shows and creating things,” she added. “That evolved over time in different ways, whether it was competitive fighting in a cage in the middle of a giant crowd, hanging in a hoop, or being set on fire.”

Andi began fighting competitively 12 years ago and has competed in Muay Thai, San Shou, MMA, kickboxing, and grappling tournaments. “I've been consistently in a gym and in and out of fight camp,” she said. “My life has revolved around that as far as my training, my schedule, and my lifestyle.”

But when she wasn’t kicking ass, she was busting balls as a Domme in the fetish community, and what started as playful exploration evolved into purposeful work as she became a professional dominatrix.

“That is where I blended my martial arts background with my personal lifestyle,” Andi noted. “It happened naturally. It started just for fun in the bedroom, or we go play in the clubs, at parties, or in dungeons. I wanted to learn everything there was to know about it. I like learning about how the brain works and the psychology behind what makes people tick.”

She continued, “Over the years, you figure out the things that you like and that you don't. I really like the power play. I love creating different fantasies. I know that sounds a little cliché, but I love performing in every way—and that really translates into my work.”

Thanks to her martial arts background, Andi is sought out by clients for wrestling bouts, knockout fantasies, and, of course, her ball-busting expertise.

“I have a vetting system, and safety is number one,” she explained. “One of the things I'm known for on that side of the industry is being able to safely knock people out, whether it’s through chokes or other methods. That's something people come to me for. Whether it’s their first experience, they're just curious, or they're into extreme play, I can handle it safely.”

Regarding ball-kicking, Vicious said, “I’m a professional kicker. Guys think they can take kicks from anyone, but I’m trained to do that—on how to end you. So, yeah, I get a lot of ball-busting sessions.”

In May, after producing fetish content for the past four years, Vicious expanded her career into mainstream adult productions, shooting her first boy/girl sex scenes.

“I’ve never worried too much about what people think,” she said. “But I'm also very strategic and cautious, and I like to know what I'm doing. I don't like to jump in and figure it out. I understand that in some cases, that's a requirement. But in this case, I wanted to take my time and enjoy myself. And so, it started with fetish content and has slowly evolved.”

Of course, while most of her fans know her as naturally dominant, many are curious to see her in a submissive role.

“They want to see me being dominated—and I have been. I’m fine with that if it’s the right dynamic. I don’t like to fake things. I like to have genuine chemistry. If you’re not somebody who can naturally dominate, I'm going to top from the bottom. I can't help it. I’m thinking in my nature.”

Vicious is excited to feature in mainstream scenes, performing acts on camera that she’s only simulated in fetish shoots.

“I'm looking forward to a whole other level of creative things to explore,” she said. “It opens the door for me. What can I learn from these people here, and what do I like for myself? I love being surprised. There’s always something new. This industry is prone to surprise me.”
