Florida Undercover Officers Back To Strip Clubs Raids

Just a few weeks after a Florida judge decided it was legal for undercover officers to go into local adult entertainment clubs, pose as customers and arrest strippers for lewd conduct when no one other than the cops are offended, three strip clubs were raided under those same circumstances, resulting in twenty-eight citations and the arrest of one Naples resident

A total of 28 dancers were cited in the incident for violating a city ordinance which prevents the exposure of certain body parts, reports stated.

"Undercover officers witnessed each dancer working at the time in all three clubs were in violation of this ordinance by wearing 'G-strings,'" a Lee County Sheriff's Office press release stated.

The one arrest was on unrelated charges for providing a false name to law enforcement and a warrant for violation of probation.
